Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act to ensure expiration dates are displayed on cards and to create a combined card for firearm owners.
This bill amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act to require that the expiration date of a Firearm Owner's Identification Card be boldly and conspicuously displayed on the card's face. It also mandates that if a person is eligible for both a Firearm Owner's Identification Card and a concealed carry license, the Illinois State Police shall create a combined card that serves as both. The expiration dates of both the identification card and the concealed carry license must be clearly displayed on the combined card.
