Establishes a domestic violence training program for judges and court staff.

Requires the Judicial Education Division of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts to develop a domestic violence continuing education program for judges and relevant court personnel. The program will cover topics such as the nature and causes of domestic violence, trauma impacts, and increased vulnerability of certain groups. Judges must complete this training every two years, and documentation of completion will be made public.
