The Illinois Condominium Governance and Transparency Task Force is created to study the transparency, financial integrity, and safe living conditions of residents in condominium and common interest community associations. The Task Force will examine board governance, procurement practices, conflicts of interest, and other areas. It will submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 7, 2027.
