Establishes the Illinois Veterans Homes Expansion Task Force to study and recommend expanding long-term care services for veterans.

The Illinois Veterans Homes Expansion Task Force is created to evaluate the need for expanding high-quality, specialized, and affordable long-term care for aged and disabled veterans through the Illinois Veterans Homes system. The Task Force will identify areas with the greatest unmet demand for Veterans Home services, geographic locations for new facilities, opportunities to reduce regional disparities in access, and considerations related to workforce availability, infrastructure, transportation, and proximity to VA and medical services.
