Illinois HB5715 makes appropriations to the Illinois Power Agency for fiscal year 2027.

Illinois HB5715 allocates funds from various sources to the Illinois Power Agency for fiscal year 2027. It includes $12 million from the Illinois Power Agency Trust Fund for operations, $56 million from the Illinois Power Agency Renewable Energy Resources Fund for renewable energy purchases, $57 million from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses, and $4 million from the same fund for additional ordinary and contingent expenses. The act also supports the development and administration of the Illinois 22 Solar for All Program. Effective July 1, 2026.
