Establishes a PACE Advisory Board to consult with the Department of Healthcare and Family Services on the administration of the Program of.

Illinois HB5572 amends the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly Act by establishing a PACE Advisory Board. The Board will consult with the Department of Healthcare and Family Services on all aspects of its responsibilities, including the format and content of any rules and the development of capitation rate methodologies. The Director of Healthcare and Family Services will appoint the Board, which will include representatives from PACE providers, the general public, and PACE participants.
