Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law to revise registration requirements for plumbing contractors. Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to provide notices to each licensee regarding application for registration on or before July 1 of each year. Requires the Department to accept application materials on and after July 1 of each year.
