Establishes the Healthy Soils Task Force to improve soil health in Illinois.

The Healthy Soils Task Force Act creates a task force within the Illinois Department of Agriculture to enhance soil health. The task force will develop a comprehensive action plan, recommend testing for chemicals in soil, and identify goals for soil health improvement. It will also review federal laws and conservation programs to leverage funds. The task force will submit a report by December 31, 2027, and the act will be repealed on July 1, 2028.
