Illinois HB5286 amends the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act by adding a new section that mandates interest earned from the investment or deposit of moneys accumulated in funds established to provide funding for the administration and operation of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency's responsibilities be deposited into the respective fund. This change is effective immediately upon becoming law.
