Establishes the Comprehensive Charitable Food System Coordination Act to enhance coordination among food providers and improve hunger relief efforts.

The Comprehensive Charitable Food System Coordination Act aims to strengthen coordination among various actors in the charitable food system, including food providers, distributors, producers, and facilitators. State agencies are required to consult with these actors when administering hunger relief funds, ensuring that grant criteria reflect the interconnected roles of all participants. The Act also encourages the formation of advisory groups to assist in developing funding priorities and performance metrics. Effective July 1, 2026.
