Establishes the Illinois Future of Energy Choice and Economic Impact Commission to analyze energy policy impacts.

The bill creates the Illinois Future of Energy Choice and Economic Impact Commission within the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The Commission will analyze the impact of current energy policies on the state's economy, study energy costs, and consider the viability of existing energy policies. It will also identify opportunities and barriers to inclusive energy policy. The Commission will include representatives from various energy sectors, trade associations, and state agencies. The Commission will meet quarterly and report annually to the Governor and General Assembly.
