Establishes the Human Services Equitable Pay Task Force to study recruitment, retention, and wage inequity in Illinois' human services sector.

The Human Services Equitable Pay Task Force Act establishes a task force to study recruitment, retention, and wage inequity within Illinois' human services sector. The task force will examine grant levels, wage patterns, and existing state resources. It will be composed of representatives from the Department of Human Services, statewide organizations, and human services providers. The task force will publish a report by December 1, 2027, and every two years thereafter. The Department of Human Services will provide administrative support to the task force.
