Illinois HB5171 amends the Behavior Analyst Licensing Act to specify that certain professionals, such as occupational therapists, are not prohibited from performing applied behavior analysis under certain conditions. It also adds the practice of applied behavior analysis to the list of professional services that can be combined under professional limited liability companies.
