Illinois HB5150 protects employees' rights to store concealed firearms in their vehicles in employer parking lots.

HB5150 amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to ensure employers cannot take adverse actions against employees for lawfully storing concealed firearms in their vehicles in employer parking lots.
