Introduced·2/5/26
Introduced Text

Illinois HB5147 mandates large employers to report workforce management data annually.

HB5147 amends the Equal Pay Act of 2003 to require large employers in Illinois to file annual reports on workforce management. Employers with over 100 employees and more than $100 million in annual revenue must disclose data on workforce composition, stability, accessibility, recruiting, health, safety, well-being, compensation, incentives, and training. The reports must be made publicly available on the employer's website and include demographic information. The Illinois Department of Labor will adopt rules to govern these reports within two years of the bill's effective date.
