Expands the definition of sports wagering to include prediction markets and other activities.

The bill amends the Sports Wagering Act to redefine "sports wagering." It now includes participation in any prediction market involving a sports event or athlete performance statistics, regardless of the method or whether the operator is a counterparty. This includes activities described as investing opportunities, exchanges, marketplaces, or prediction markets. The definition also covers various forms of wagering, such as single-game bets, teaser bets, and proposition bets.
