Illinois HB5134 mandates an annual electronic report to stakeholders from the Board of Trustees of the System.

Illinois HB5134 amends the Illinois Pension Code to require the Board of Trustees of the System to deliver an annual report to stakeholders. Stakeholders are defined as nonprofit organizations representing or serving at least 10% of participants or annuitants of the System, with a primary purpose of serving either group. The report, due August 1 each year, includes the names, last employers, and zip codes of annuitants, as well as the names, current employers, and zip codes of active participants.
