The bill amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to reduce the number of members on the Board of Review from five to three. The Board of Review, within the Department of Employment Security, will consist of three members, including one representative of a labor organization and one representative citizen not identified with either the employing class or a labor organization. The members will review the record and certify their findings in each final determination.
