HB4964 amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000 to require real estate licensees representing sellers to share property information with any licensees representing prospective buyers, respond to inquiries from those licensees, make the property available for showing to prospective buyers, and publicly advertise or market the property for sale on Internet platforms or websites accessible to the public and other real estate licensees unless the seller completes and signs a disclosure and opt-out form.
