From the Legislature
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code and the Workers' Compensation Act. Provides for increases in the rate of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund Surcharge, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund Fee, and payments to the Rate Adjustment Fund.
