Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to specify uses of the Public Aid Recoveries Trust Fund.

The bill amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to detail the uses of the Public Aid Recoveries Trust Fund. The fund will consist of recoveries from applicants or recipients under the Illinois Public Aid Code, the Children's Health Insurance Program Act, and the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act. Disbursements from this fund will be for reimbursement of claims, payments to third-party entities for audits, and other specified purposes. The balance in the fund will be transferred to the Drug Rebate Fund or the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund.
