The ordinance was adopted on June 23, 2003, and the new completion date is set for December 31 of the year in which the payment to the municipal treasurer is due, with respect to ad valorem taxes levied in the 35th calendar year after the ordinance adoption. This Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
