Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act to include property owners' associations and define related terms.

This bill amends the Common Interest Community Association Act by adding definitions and provisions for property owners' associations. It clarifies that a property owners' association includes any association, corporation, or other entity identified in a declaration or other documents recorded by a developer. The bill also defines terms such as "acceptable technological means," "association," "board," "building," and "common areas." It specifies that unit owners with easement rights are obligated to pay for the maintenance, improvement, insurance premiums, or real estate taxes of the property.
