HB4654 amends the Human Trafficking Resource Center Notice Act to require specific businesses and establishments to post notices about human trafficking. These include roadside rest areas, public gathering venues, schools, tattoo and body piercing establishments, primary airports, intercity passenger rail or light rail stations, bus stations, truck stops, emergency rooms, urgent care centers, farm labor contractors, job recruitment centers, and massage establishments. The notices must be in conspicuous and accessible places, often near public entrances or in public restrooms.
