Establishes the Office of Common Interest Community Registration to oversee common interest community associations.

The Office of Common Interest Community Registration Act creates the Office within the Division of Real Estate in the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. The Office will require common interest community associations to register, pay a fee, and provide documents. It can investigate complaints, issue fines, and refer violations to authorities. The Act also creates the Community Interest Community Registration Fund and repeals the Condominium and Common Interest Community Ombudsperson Act.
