HB4551 amends the Charitable Games Act by modifying licensing restrictions and procedures for charitable games. It increases the maximum number of charitable game events allowed at a single premises from 12 to 48 per year. The bill also allows a licensee to obtain a provider's license to rent or otherwise provide its premises for up to 8 additional charitable game events. It permits a provider or supplier to promote or solicit a charitable games event on behalf of a licensee or qualified organization.
