Illinois HB4485 amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to require driver's license applicants aged 16 and older to be included in the First Person Consent.

HB4485 amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to require applicants for a driver's license or identification card who are 16 years of age or older to be included in the First Person Consent organ and tissue donor registry. The Secretary of State must advise applicants that they are not compelled to be included in the registry. The bill also allows individuals to remove their names from the registry and mandates that the Secretary of State provide educational materials on organ donation.
