Extends temporary casino licenses in Chicago and other Illinois cities.

The bill amends the Illinois Gambling Act to extend the period during which casino licensees can operate from temporary facilities. Specifically, it allows the Illinois Gaming Board to extend the operating period for casino licensees in Chicago by up to 18 months, with an additional 6 months possible. For other cities, extensions of up to 30 months are allowed, with an additional 12 months possible.
