HB4257 amends the Illinois Lottery Law to permit licensed lottery sales agents to enter into agreements with third-party entities to assist in processing lottery ticket sales. The sales agent must provide a copy of the agreement to the Lottery Control Board within five business days of execution. The agreement must specify that terminal usage cannot be commingled, tickets can only be sold to individuals physically located in the state, user data cannot be shared or sold to unaffiliated entities, and the third-party must adhere to all Board rules regarding lottery ticket sales.
