HB4208 amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to allow a one-time waiver of mandatory electronic visit verification (EVV) training for live-in caregivers under the Adults with Developmental Disabilities Waiver or the Support Waiver for Children and Young Adults. This waiver applies if the caregiver's initial application for the live-in caregiver exemption was incomplete or insufficient due to missing documentation and the caregiver is otherwise eligible for the exemption. The waiver is subject to federal approval.
