Illinois HB4155 amends the Nurse Agency Licensing Act to allow nurse agencies to negotiate and charge a finder's fee to a health care facility if the facility hires a nurse or certified nurse aide referred by the agency. The bill specifies that such fees can be charged for both temporary and long-term placements. Additionally, it mandates that nurse agencies submit quarterly reports to the Department detailing the average fees charged and paid to employees. The Department is required to publish these reports annually by county.
