Makes it a crime to approach or remain near a peace officer after a warning with intent to interfere, threaten, or harass.
Amends the Criminal Code to make it unlawful to knowingly or intentionally approach or remain within 14 feet of a peace officer after receiving a warning, with the intent to interfere, threaten, or harass the officer. A peace officer may warn a person not to approach if they reasonably believe the person's presence will interfere with their duties. Violations are classified as a Class A misdemeanor.
