Illinois HB4113 amends the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act to provide flexibility in apprenticeship duration and worksite requirements. It allows the duration of an apprentice's employment to be satisfied by the apprenticeship firm, the commercial client, or both. Similarly, it permits the worksite requirement to be met at the hiring firm's worksite, the commercial client's worksite, or both. This change aims to enhance the adaptability of apprenticeship programs under the Act.
