HB4109 amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to standardize vehicle registration plates and stickers, including digital versions. The Secretary of State is tasked with issuing one registration plate for motorcycles, trailers, semitrailers, mopeds, autocycles, or truck-tractors, and one for other motor vehicles, along with applicable registration stickers. Distinctive plates are issued for low-speed vehicles, medical carriers, rescue vehicles, and autocycles.
