Repeals the Illinois TRUST Act and modifies the Illinois Identification Card Act.

Illinois HB4102 repeals the Illinois TRUST Act, which previously restricted the release of personal information to immigration agents. The bill also amends the Illinois Identification Card Act to remove provisions prohibiting the disclosure of certain information to immigration agents.
