Amends the Digital Assets and Consumer Protection Act to modify change in control provisions for digital asset registrants.

If House Bill 742 becomes law, HB4081 amends the Digital Assets and Consumer Protection Act. It modifies the change in control provisions for digital asset registrants, requiring the Department to confer with other agencies if there is a conflict.
