Illinois HB4070 amends gambling laws to allow relocation of low-performing casinos and adjust tax rates.

Illinois HB4070 amends the Illinois Gambling Act to allow the relocation of the three lowest-performing casinos based on adjusted gross receipts. The Illinois Gaming Board must conduct a survey to rank casinos and establish a request for proposals process for municipalities or counties to bid for hosting these casinos.
