HB3849 allows pharmacists to pick up and deliver prescriptions, including controlled substances, at the patient's request.

HB3849 amends the Pharmacy Practice Act and the Illinois Controlled Substances Act to allow pharmacists to pick up and deliver prescription orders, including controlled substances, to patients or their agents at the patient's request.
