Illinois HB3812 waives license renewal fees for individuals with annual income under $50,000.

Illinois HB3812 amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law to waive license renewal fees for individuals who can prove their annual income was less than $50,000 in the preceding calendar year. The Division of Professional Regulation must deem the renewal fee paid if the individual provides a W-2 form or similar tax document as evidence. Renewal forms will include language informing licensees of this waiver.
