Illinois HB3781 limits fees for sprayed fire-resistant material applicators to $25.

Illinois HB3781 amends the Sprayed Fire-Resistant Material Applicator Act by setting a maximum fee of $25 for registration and processing. All fees collected will go into the Fire Prevention Fund. The Act also specifies that fees are nonrefundable, except in cases of accidental overpayment. This change takes effect on July 1, 2025.
