Establishes the Health Care Funding Association to collect assessments for immunizations and health care information lines in Illinois.

The Health Care Funding Act establishes the Health Care Funding Association, a not-for-profit corporation, to determine and collect assessments for immunizations and health care information lines in Illinois. The association will be governed by a board of directors, which includes representatives from various health care entities. The association will maintain separate funds for immunizations and health care information lines. Assessed entities, including health carriers and other health care providers, must pay quarterly assessments. The association will be exempt from state and local taxes.
