Introduced Text

Illinois HB3674 amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act to require annual reports on capital expenditures from health care facilities.

HB3674 mandates that each health care facility submit an annual report detailing all capital expenditures, including those below $200,000, adjusted for inflation. The report must include the amount and financing method of the expenditures, the certificate of need project number if applicable, and the total capital expenditures for the year. Hospitals must also report on their spending goals and actual expenditures for female-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and small business enterprises.
