Amends the Freedom of Information Act to exempt security sensitive documents from disclosure.

The bill amends the Freedom of Information Act to exempt from inspection and copying documents determined to be security sensitive under the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and National Materials Program. These documents include information classified as safeguards, safeguards-modified, and sensitive unclassified nonsafeguards information. The exemption applies to documents that, if disclosed, could jeopardize the security of systems or data, or the safety of personnel implementing security measures.
