HB3582 amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to prohibit employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations from using criteria or methods that result in discrimination based on unlawful written communication. It also prohibits financial institutions from denying services, modifying service terms, or varying loan terms based on unlawful discrimination. Additionally, it bans public officials from denying individuals the full and equal enjoyment of accommodations, advantages, facilities, or criteria or methods that cause civil rights violations.
