Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000 to clarify duties of real estate licensees representing sellers or landlords.

The bill amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000 to specify duties for real estate licensees representing sellers or landlords. It mandates that such licensees must publicly advertise or market the property for sale or lease unless the seller or landlord completes and signs a disclosure and opt-out form. The form must include a request to withhold the property from advertising and marketing and certain acknowledgments.
