Illinois HB3444 exempts day care homes serving military children from licensure if located on military bases.

Illinois HB3444 amends the Child Care Act of 1969 to exempt day care homes or group day care homes from licensure if they serve dependent children of military personnel, are located on a military base or federal or government property, and are certified as a child development program by a branch of the U.S. Department of Defense or the U.S. Coast Guard. This Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
