Illinois HB3378 allows instructors to receive continuing education credits for courses they teach or train for.

Illinois HB3378 amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law to allow instructors who teach or train for continuing education courses to receive the same credit as students. This credit can be counted towards meeting the minimum credit hours required for continuing education. The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation is given rulemaking abilities to implement this Section.
