Illinois HB3347 amends the Open Meetings Act to allow certain licensing boards to conduct public meetings via video or telephone.

HB3347 amends the Open Meetings Act to allow public bodies that are licensing boards authorized by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to conduct public meetings through an interactive video or telephone system without any members being physically present.
