Establishes the Illiana Task Force to study and recommend solutions to firearm violence in Illinois.

The bill creates the Illiana Task Force, a group of 24 police officers appointed by the Director of the Illinois State Police. The Task Force will study ways to reduce violence caused by illegal firearms and make recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly. Members will not receive compensation but will be reimbursed for expenses. The Task Force will submit annual reports and a final report five years after its creation. The Task Force will dissolve six years after its creation, and the Act will be repealed on January 1, 2032.
