HB3331 amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to change the repeal date of the Professional Geologist Licensing Act from January 1, 2026, to January 1, 2031. The Professional Geologist Licensing Act regulates the practice of professional geology in Illinois, including licensing requirements, disciplinary actions, and exemptions. The bill also adds provisions concerning the address and email address of record for applicants and licensees, and the inclusion of Social Security or Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers on license applications. The changes are effective immediately.
